Could have been better
Breakfast spread was ok but could have improved. Tea and coffee was good. Rooms are spacious. Mdm Monika was hospitable and handled customer care very well. Please relay my gratitude to her.
The staff could have managed customer service much better . Our stay was 1 week long from 17 November. The experience was terrible when we tried to check in as the staff who managed our check in was not polite and did not try to understand our situation and refused to issue room cards for the guests who were still on the way despite the person who booked was aredy there . This is the first time I see such a treatment. Also when requested to cancel the last day due to unforeseen circumstances, he refused to do so. We were also treated unfairly just because we came in an Auto instead of car. We were asked to do bag check ( the usual routine) but those who came in car were jot asked to.
